Anything at this point is possible. As things are, talks are still stalled.
I'm just a workerbee, but have also heard that CHS wants only a 5 year contract with outrageous demands of GLR. In a nutshell, CHS has outlined a contract to choke free enterprise out of GLR, while CHS has 5 years to shop for a new operator. Fair and reasonable? No.
Come for a ride this year. For being historical, it's amazing to not learn lessons of the past.
Have you wrote CHS or your state reps yet?
