Another Issue Reported Last Weekend

Denver Radio KOA reported over the weekend that the RR operator had asked for a 20 or 25 year contract and the CHS offered only a 5 year contract.
I had not seen that reported here, and I have not read that anywhere else, but that's what KOA news was reporting. (KOA is now available again on-line)
I still feel confident that this will be resolved.
