As for coal to use, what they did was wash the dirt out of all the coal in the tender, most of the coal remained in the tender. What gets me, is that around here in Kansas, the EPA forces them to take spilled coal to a landfill and bury it. I guess that the EPA must not have been notified of the accident. I would certainly be upset with the hauler for delivering dirty coal.
