Baldwin had a lively business in the first years of the 20th Century selling 3" gauge outside framed locomotives as pictured in their catalogues . The two D&RGW C-21s (360,361) and C-25 (375)were oredered from a catalogue by the Crystal River R.R. So were the two dozen engines that were sold to the three various copper companies that operated railroads out of Clifton and Morenci ,Arizona . One of these engines survived and is on display at the LA County fairgounds in Southern California . It is VERY similar to the D&RG/Crystal River engines . Other big buyers were several railraods in the Republic of Mexico and the International Railroads of Central America . I daresay that some of the WP&YR's early 2-8-0s were ordered from the catalogue .
