I believe train order signals were used on the RGS at times, the Telluride depot and the Delores depot replica both have them, not sure about the one on the Telluride depot but IIRC the one in Delores was pulled off the original depot and donated later on by someone.
These are modeled often, and I'm mostly familiar to them due to riding and running trains on Philip Nillson's Ute Pass Railroad. Being a fictional "eastern division" of the RGS, he includes them on almost all of his depot buildings:
