After seeing the red rods and valve gear on those 'mini-Mudhens', IMHO anyone who bashes the red counterweights on #483 during the first few weeks of her 1970 season (and the last few weeks of 2010) should be ashamed of him/her-self!!
Also a question
: The map shows two different lines heading out of Inceniero Jacobacci, with one of them abruptly turning south several kilometers to the west. Are those two parallel lines actually the dual-gauge section that has been featured in several posts here – with the junction being a pointless "swish" or semi-switch, the point of which is to accommodate the narrower gauge trains to and from the south and wider-gauge trains to and from the west?
