The original and (1979 and now) bypassed Cantilever Bridge (as the old postcard called it):
In 1979 it was carrying a pipeline. I was also told that not too long before they had a derailment with no access and an enterprising cat skinner took his D6 across the old bridge. With 2' of snow on it. At night. I doubt they wrote that up in the report. Tough breed.
