Re: MW02 tales

Officially "The Canary" was the Commission's inspection car and was supposed to be available for their use.
Fritz Bauer and I did a tour of the line in it. (I couldn't find the steering wheel) Just west of Sublette a bunch of bikers were "riding the rails" going like a bat out of hell down the center of the track.
The confrontation ended in clouds of dust, bikes taking off for nether regions, and the lead guy having to lay his pretty bike on its side in front of MW02 to keep from being hit. (You are right, Coke, MW02 didn't stop fast)
Their excuse: "We thought the railroad had been abandoned."
