Pitkin Depot for the D,SP&P is still there and very well preserved. At Parlin you can see the water tank foundation. A trip to Cimarron to see the display and the 278 is also worthwhile.
The Gunnison roundhouse location is now under the tarmac at the airport. As mentioned, the depot is privately owned with prominent "No Trespassing" signs. At the location of the wye in Gunnison, there is still the Texaco warehouse which appears to now be a private residence:

If you're really adventurous and have access to a high ground clearance vehicle, you can visit the Aberdeen stone quarry southwest of town that was used for the state capitol in Denver:

There was still some rail left there when I visited in 2010.
