Was thinking more of large common carrier narrow gauges that are now converted and part of SG systems.
True that most of the DRGW was at one time NG, but a large amount has been abandoned (the NG Circle except for C&TS and D&S, various branches). Maybe 70% of what was NG is still used today as SG common carrier? SPC maybe 80%?
Anyway, that's what the guy who asked the question was wondering.
