The former N&W mainline from Cincinnati to Portsmouth was narrow gauge. Some Nickel Plate trackage in Ohio, Indiana and Illinois is still in use and that was part of the Toledo, Cincinnati and St. Louis narrow gauge trunk system. Also some of the Texas lines were narrow gauge.
Also don't forget that much of the D&RGW alinements were former narrow gauge before they were standard gauged.
I am sure others will be able to add to this list. I am not sure of miles in use.
