I do live in Newfoundland but I just adopted the handle CNR593. i'm not affiliated with the Railway Society of Newfoundland, who own the museum and rolling stock displays in Corner Brook. While i cant answer the wheel diameter on Newfoundland passenger cars. However the sleeper "Twillingate" does have it's interior berths and rooms. It was restored a number of years back by Society members. The diner at Corner Brook does have it's tables but the chairs are not original. I seem to recall seeing pics of the sleeper a few years back but can't locate them online.
