The rotary did indeed come from the White Pass, we purchased it at the same time we got our 19 and 20 back, and had it in Baker City until a financial crunch forced us to sell it.
While SVRy never had a rotary, it still would have been great to get it up and operating to throw the usual 3 to 5 feet of snow in sumpter valley.
