I was wondering if a Victor A. Miller biography (or sort of) was ever published ?
There are some bits here and there in RGS books, but not much.

Given he was the key element that kept the RGS going on through the depression years, I am surprised there is so few about him.
Wonder if any of the pioneer preservationists ever got in touch with him ?
