That's the
A&R Productions video, made in conjunction with the ET&WNC historical society.
It's two parts, one was made in 1943, and the other I think in 1949. It's an amazing film. I've had the DVD from early on and the VHS before that.
As for the photo, I think that was taken along the same time as the film was. Looks like about 48 or 49 to me. Where did you get this shot? I've never seen it before!
That's caboose 505 down the tracks. Amazingly, both still exist to this day. The hack is at the museum at Newland, NC now, being restored.
