Yes. Here are John Bush's earlier comments:

A couple of facts.
The flat roof coach #503 was not part of the trade it was purchased by the D&S in an auction this summer.
The four boxcars are a trade for four of our old P-boxes that were to have been rebuilt back into boxcars by the FOCTS.
This trade gets the C&TS four boxcars that can be used for our ever increasing needs for organized storage that doesn't look like containers.
When repaired and painted they add to the ambience of the yard as well as being available for charter work.
The D&S gets four cars in which they can haul people on Cascade turns without pulling cars out of their regular consist.
Both the C&TS and the D&S see this as a win-win deal. It also allows the Friends to make progress on their goals instead of converting the P-boxes back into boxcars which would have required fabricating new door hardware.
