What I see here are three standard gauge NY Elevated Forneys, which were surplus upon electrification and went all over the place. The picture shows stumps and ferns, so I am guessing along the western coast. The rows of houses across they foggy distance tells me flatland, so I think it may be the Frasier Valley, or some other broad valley or lowland. The structure in the foreground is clearly a 2-track enginehouse. Hope that helps.
