I have located a D&RG stock car that is falling apart and it has the most correct hardware on it for this project. I am still waiting confirmation that it is still available. If so, the flat will look just like the #187's. The tank on the 187 was built in 1888 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. The other tank on the #185 was built by the Lacy Manufacturing Company in LA, CA around 1906 or earlier. There were 25 of the Lacy tanks and not sure how many of the Pittsburg tanks since there seems to two or more styles of tanks besides the Lacy tanks. The NCNG tank car 183 is different from both 181 & 187. Also the trucks on 183 appear to be NCO trucks. John
