Last year the C&TS RR ran a fund raising photo charter for the passenger car trucks to be used under the four wooden passenger cars being restored by the Special Projects Group. The four sets of trucks are being fabricated by the Special Projects Group. The Durango Railroad Historical Society and the volunteer staff donated the use of locomotive 315 and their time to run the charter. The RR helped backdate 315 to its earlier appearance before the system wide renumbering. Locomotive 425 (aka 315) pulled the RPO restored by the Friends and coach 292 restored by the RR.
