I have to go with what the experts say, but are you sure that's the same engine? The first picture clearly shows an 0-4-4, and it doesn't look to have been a saddle tanker. The domes also look different, although I'm in agreement the 2-4-2 has Vulcan domes. The 0-4-4's are rounded, look more Porter or Alco to me. And the fence on the tank reminds me of a plantation engine that burned wood or cane.
