Doby Doc also collected a Porter 0-4-0t, 30" gauge built for Cortez Mining (near Battle Mt Nevada)... That engine is now privatly owned, restored, rebuilt to 36" gauge as Anne Marie. It will be in operation at Ardenwood in Fremont this weekend... plus a two truck shay, built for Santa Barbara Pole and Tie... a Santa Fe owned lumber company in New Mexico and operating near the D&RG's Chile Line.. to the Pioche Pacific (Nevada) . It is now privately owned in Washington awaiting restoration... An 1874 Carter Brothers Monterey & Salinas Valley box car (to Nevada Central) is now at Ardenwood.
The three passenger cars are all at NSRM-BC.... A 1875 Billmeyer & Smalls coach (Pallisade) for Eureka & Palisade, to Eureka-Nevada, converted to a combine, a mid 1880 coach, built by John Hammond (San Francisco) for Colusa & Lake, to E-N converted to a combine, and a mid 1880's baggage, Colusa and Lake to EN... The three passenger cars are bodies... they came with a mix of early freight trucks...
There was also a Billmeyer & Smalls box car and some unidentified junk...
