Perhaps Carl, but how would you accomplish that? The Chama rail yard is at least 4 or 5 times as big as Durango, how would you put a fence around that considering that trains run out of both ends and the yard is over a half mile + long. I understand the current legal climate that some knuckle head will hire a lawyer to sue you for their own stupid acts getting themselves hurt, but there really isn't many options other than shut the place down.
