In North America there are, I think, only two:

There is one up at Dawson City, Yukon, Canada. It survived because there was in 1913 there was no scrap market for "dead" locomotives from abandoned railroads.
Klondike Mines Railroad No. 3 Make sure that you read the "notes."

Also the steam Pikes Peak cog locomotive at Colorado RR Museum
Manitou & Pike's Peak Ry No. 1 0-4-2T
