To answer your question, maybe not camped but there are people there watching for any activity. The "fracture" in the community is between the long time UP steam
fans who don't like Dickens compounded by the fact that he's tearing 3985 apart to finish the 4014. The 3985 is a much more graceful engine and would have made
a fine representative at Ogden. This whole thing is Dickens and the fact that the UP found itself so far into the project that it couldn't muster enough to not finish the
project. Compound the fact that years ago a contracted price was estimated at half of what they've spent plus the uncertain future of the steam program and you end
up shaking your head with your eyes rolled back. For what has been spent you could rebuild everything on both the C&TS and D&S.+
