Didn't mean to suggest to Jim that things are unexpectedly bad....only that as expected RGRPC needs to manage its cash carefully. Last time I looked RGRPC was about on budget. My fault. One of the great things about the C&TS is the willingness of folks like Jim to make an almost weekly trek to Antonito to help. With luck we'll all be able to get some pix of the 19 hauling the EBT hopppers full of ballast.
