There is virtually
nothing that Mr Gibson can do to increase 'freight' loads to the Tacoma power plant. It doesn't matter who he schmoozes, there just isn't enough freight possibilities to that power plant to pay more than a month or two of Mr Gibson's salary.
The more likely possibilities for increasing D&S (non passenger) revenues are in the real estate arena - either developing D&S / AHR properties internally, or partnering with a developer.
