I try to stay out of disagreements on lists.
That said I was a volunteer at the Pine Creek back when Dr. Ralph Cox leased the Surrey, Sussex and Sounthampton 2-6-2 N0. 26 to the Pine Creek Railroad.
I can tell you in absolute certainty, as I was there on ALL of the moves that the ONLY equipment leased from Dr. Cox and moved to Allaire was the 26 and her tender.
I rode in the Mack Thermodyne with “Long Andy” the driver for the Proctor’s company. NONE of the log cars, rail or other pieces came to Allaire. Dr. Cox had a LOT of stuff stored at the airport including a number of DC-3 airplanes and even more stuff at his camp ground “Wild West City” in Rio Grande, NJ.
