I am guessing all this stuff is out in the open where any park visitor walking by would see it. So, yes, it is unattractive.

In many residential communities you are required to keep your trash cans out of sight. Some home owners build small fences to hide their garbage cans, or roll them into the garage. It is unrealistic to propose that a privacy fence be built around these outdoor stockpiles of parts?
