We are hoping for a early 2020 completion date. After this, we will begin work on paycar F. As for how the car was “lengthened,” I think the initial folio may have been in error. One must ask the question how often were things actually field checked as the folios were updated. A transcription error could potentially explain the variance, although one may never know.
