Big Thanks to Whodom and also photographic mind Chris Walker. I have Mal's ET&WNC book so see the two photos of the derailment at the front of the Johnson City, TN engine house in 1904. Ed Bond is due the credit for finding and sharing the photo for publication. For those not having the book, the engine is Baldwin #5746 Aug 1881 14x18 with 39"drivers and the rear axle is behind the firebox with wide space between the 2nd and 3rd driver. Another photo show a earlier view of the derailment while the headlight was still on the engine. Engineer and fireman were not hurt, except their pride and possibly their job. The engine "Cranberry" was sold in 1910 to Hilton Lumber #14 of Wilmington NC.

As thanks in return for this help, I found I have a Alco photo card of ET&WNC #7 said to be the "largest NG engine of her day" in 1906 as it was a 0-8-0 wheel arrangement very rare for NG.
