Yes, I read the policy before I asked the question, because the policy just talks about licensing, but gives no specifics at all. I was hoping to find someone with practical experience dealing with the D&S on this issue to find out just what restrictions they put on the use of photos and if they charge any sort of fees to "license" the use of the photos.
I photograph steam railroads all over the US, and I've never had any railroad place limitations on what I could do with my images. I don't make my living as a photographer, but I do sell my photos to a number of publications, none of which will ever change my tax bracket. So if the D&S is going to place limitations on what I can do with photos I made, from an excursion I paid for, I'd like to know in advance what they are.
