That is the normal practice, but, as far as I know, the OU is still in Chama, i.e., they'll have to pull it over the top in the spring. I might go down and check today. Maybe get some pictures for you guys.
We have three flangers, OJ, OK, OL, I think, and I'm pretty sure the railroad rebuilt (major renovation) OJ in 2015, in Antonito, and we did OK in Chama (full restoration) in 2016.
Russ489 just told me 488 in in Antonito for the winter, -with- a plow on it.
