Being in the southeast, I only met Henry once, when I made it out to his "triple tank engine" photo special. The special was badly oversold, resulting in far too many people trackside at the runbys -- simply getting everyone off the train and being able to fit them next to the track was an accomplishment. Normally that would be a disaster, but not with Henry running things! I was really impressed by how well the crowd respected him, listened to him and did exactly what he asked them to do.
