I'm on the Big Island now. Not much railroad preservation here, just the Laupahoehoe Train Museum that I know of (and I've never found it to be open). It's on the east coast, which did have some flooding. I'm mid-island toward the north, and just got some wind and rain, but it didn't seem any worse than some rainy periods last winter. Today has actually been calm with less breeze than normal and some dry sunny spells, but bands of rain are still coming through periodically.
