Your description reminded me of a left-handed smoke shifter -- I'm suspicious since I don't think a water-based powder epoxy could give consistent results since the chemistry of tap water varies so much.

I've used his Clear Penetrating Epoxy Sealer (CPES), which is an amazing product as long as you remember that it is
