I was anticipating an 'O. Winston Link of the Antipœdes' presentation as well . . .     sad smiley

OTOH, having lighted up a Texas 2-10-4 more than once all by myself, the post did re-kindle a lot of fond memories.
But I was starting with a warm boiler and 50 or 60 pounds of pressure, not from dead cold.
