Hauling it by rail would be insanely expensive and require a crane to transload it from the SG to the NG in Antonito. And knowing the UP, they'd send it somewhere else, put it over some hump yard, then clobber the flat it was loaded on by a 20-car cut of cement hoppers......
They can roll it on to a truck in CS, then roll it off the same truck onto rail in Antonito or Chama. Assuming it is on trucks.
