20 represents a case study of how it's possible to bring a basket case back from the brink, but also why it's so infrequently done. Was there anything on that hulk that wasn't worn out or broken? I've seen some folks say you're practically building a new locomotive but I feel such comments are rather uncharitable to your work: Your job is in many ways tougher than building new.
