I wonder if there is any chance that these coaches are new bodies on former Harpur chassis from Houston's Astroworld which closed in 2005. They would have been sisters to the Six Flags over Georgia coaches. Perhaps someone just used the metalwork and discarded the wood frames and bodies. Although both Astroworld locos are accounted for, I have never heard of the disposition of the coaches.
