Good point John. I didn't have any coach lettering info from that era or I would have supplied it. I have given D&RG locomotive lettering to the 168 team that hopefully was helpful. I gave an operator's manual and parts list for the Jordan Spreader to that team and they said it was very useful.

I am getting close to completing the book on the K-36s. I have worked on this project off and on for 40 years (Air Force and Hewlett-Packard kept slowing me down). I have accumulated all available info and tons of photos thanks to so many helpful organizations and individuals. I have not kept this project a secret in the hopes that folks would come forward with info. But if I were a gambler, I would wager before the ink is even dry on the book, folks including some denizens of this list will tell me I got this or that wrong. Just the way things are.
