That's an MB/GPW Jeep to the left, do that narrows it down from about 1943 (due to the details back end of the Jeep, made between 42 and early 44) to around 48 or so when the M-38s replaced the last of them stateside.
The typeface on the cars doesn't look WW2 to me, but I've been surprised before.
I'm almost thinking Europe as the cars don't look familiar to me at all.
