#7 last ran back in 2003. The engines size is over 1.5 times larger than the 0-4-4s and is that much more difficult to move. Yes it would be neat to see 7 run in Alna for the backwoods feel, however the engine and folks who made it happen deserve to have it run in Portland for its first shake down runs or first official runs.
