Regarding the firebox... for some reason it looks small in proportion to the rest of the boiler (i.e. shorter in length when compared to that of an inside-frame 2-8-0, like a C-19). Is this just a consequence of having a square vs keyhole firebox? Would that affect the steaming qualities of the engine (i.e. did the C-21s steam better than the other classes)? Just curious...
