It really does make sense that the EBT came under FRA regulations if you consider the condition of the equipment towards the end in 2011ish. Don't get me wrong I love the EBT as a historic landmark just as much as anyone else, but if and when they ever reopen, major dollars are going to have to be pumped in to make it sustainable.
