JP, That was Lois, Angelo diBenedetto's "Cousin". Lois also ran the Mermaid Coffee shop on the ground floor of Angelo's building, which was the old Sauer-McShane warehouse. That was the reason for the big corrugated fence just north of the loading area.
After the first run in 1969 when they were both caught "Sunbathing" sans clothing, Angelo, who put up a big fight against the Railroad being built in the first place, insisted on the big fence.
The CCNG agreed, if only to keep Angelo quiet. It also let the tourists keep film in their camera, to be able take pictures of Central City after immortalizing a very natural Angelo and Lois in their lenses.
