My uncle has in-laws that live in that area of Bishop. They had been evacuated overnight but were just let back home. They say so far Laws is OK. Let's hope for the best. If this is February winter, what will summer bring to the west?

Snow, wind or sun depending on the moment in Lakeview and Baker City (Oregon) last couple of days.
