There are a number of photos in the set including the one posted by Rich. Based on the set, the locos in the photo are K-37's. The K-37's were initially placed in service on the Alamosa-Durango line. They were transferred to Salida in mid-1932. Jerry Day, in an old post, states that rotaries were used on Cumbres in 1929, 1931 and 1932, while K-37's used on the line, so the photos would have been taken during one of those years. My bet is during the very tough snow year of 1932.
