I too thought it was interesting that the 488 was in Gunnison in the late 30s. I assumed the K-36's and K-37's were kept pretty segregated until the closing of the Salida side. It is neat to see that every once in a while, a K-36 / K-37 would venture onto the other division.
Also, great initial photo of the 484 from 1931. It is an era you normally don't see photos from and has so many cool details in it! Thanks for posting it.
