I am reasonably sure it is from around 2012 or so.
When installed, it had trouble keeping time, even the 4 faces were not on the same time!
Barbara Hogan would set the Hotel and Shops clock by the Town Clock (it is right across the street), so we had our own little 1 block time zone.
