Maybe if enough people voice their interest in making it D&RGW, instead of simply going along with the statis quo, they might take it into account!
I cannot see how the bumble bee can help in D&S brand recognition.
I was aware they had done some photo specials in the past with D&RGW lettered engines, and that is why I was kinda surprised to learn they were not going to do it for the special paint job, which was in the 50's was it not...there was no D&S in that time-period, although I am not a D&RGW historian like many others here. Whats wrong with making it correct! Correct color, correct headlight, doghouse, but not lettering...hm..seems odd to me! I mean they are going to repaint it in a month anyway, or so they say! This seems like a no-brainer guys! Do the right thing!
